Dear Michael, I want you to know how much Richard and I appreciated your sensitive and efficient handling of my Mum's funeral. Everything was perfect and many of the guests told me how moving the ceremony was for them. We particularly liked your friendly, open and genuine manner, which followed through into the ceremony. Thank you also for recommending Archdeacon Richardson and the splendid organist.They both added so much to the service. i hve included a note of thanks for the Archdeacon and hope that you will be able to forward that for me. I have already mentioned your firm to others and thanked the person who recommended you to me. I have been through very difficult time in the last month but know that it would have been very much worse if you hadn't made arranging the funeral so easy.

Dear Michael, As life is now starting to settle after mums death. i just wanted to thank you for all your care and hep in organizing the funeral for mum.
